Job summary

NuvemRx seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge and Pharmacy Manager to lead a brand-new pharmacy embedded in a Bronx community health center. You will serve as the clinical and operational leader, partnering with health center providers to shape patient care and grow the site's impact.

You'll work with NuvemRx Pharmacy leadership and the health center team, owning day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and building a high-performing pharmacy team dedicated to accessible, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with NY licensure or eligibility.
• Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations independently and ensure patient care and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, providers, and staff.
• Comfort working in an independent, community-focused setting with ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse and standards.
• Hire, onboard, and manage staff including technicians.
• Coach and develop staff; foster a culture of care and accountability.
• Set standards for patient-first service and professional excellence.
