Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge and Pharmacy Manager to lead a brand-new pharmacy embedded within a community health center in Galena, IL. You will shape patient experience, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with health center providers to improve outcomes.

The role offers a strong leadership path, relocation support, and a patient-first mission in a community-focused setting. You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and be part of a growing

Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist with current Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain it.
Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations and lead a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient care and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations (HIPAA, W&A).
Counsel patients on medications and adherence, and educate on disease management.
Partner with health center providers and clinical staff to support patient care.
Administer immunizations and support vaccination programs as applicable.
