Job summary

Sally's Apizza is opening a new location and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help build a strong team from day one.

You will manage both front- and back-of-house, hire and train staff, coach managers, and ensure exceptional hospitality while meeting sales and labor goals.

This in-person, full-time role requires 2+ years of restaurant leadership, ServeSafe certification, and solid computer skills; starting salary $70k+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven success as a manager in a restaurant setting.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; Brink POS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front- and back-of-house teams to maintain Sally's Apizza standards.
• Act as General Manager when the GM is not on shift.
• Open and close the restaurant per SOP and manage daily operations.
• Hire and train hourly staff and conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost of goods sold to meet budgets.
• Address guest issues and supervise staff to ensure hospitality excellence.
