Job summary

Sally’s Apizza in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager, lead front- and back-of-house teams, and maintain Sally’s hospitality standards in a high-volume setting.

This hands-on role requires a 90% shift-based presence, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible weekday/weekend schedule with a path for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven restaurant management experience.
• ServeSafe Certification required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day restaurant operations according to company standards and policies.
• Directly responsible for managing and supervising front and back-of-house employees.
• Be the direct point of contact for all team members on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Mentor, train hourly staff to perform at a high level and build loyalty.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for front and back-of-house hourly positions.
• Help solve guest-related issues.
• Maintain presence in the dining room to ensure hospitality and smooth flow of service.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with hourly staff.
• Perform end-of-shift closing duties to company standards.
