Job summary

Sally’s Apizza is expanding to a new location and seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead front- and back-of-house teams, and uphold Sally’s service standards while building a strong culture in a new market.

You will mentor managers, train hourly staff, manage onboarding, payroll input, and ensure compliance with SOPs. Be ready for a hands-on role with flexible shifts and a focus on hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven success as a restaurant manager.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Brink POS.
• Experience using third-party delivery services.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with GM.
• Directly manage front- and back-of-house teams on shift.
• Mentor and coach managers to perform at a high level.
• Open and close the restaurant per company standards; manage inventory counts.
