Job summary

Sally’s Apizza is opening a new location and seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM on daily operations. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensure top hospitality, and drive store performance from day one.

Role demands hands-on leadership, coaching, scheduling, and inventory oversight in a busy restaurant environment; adventurous, growth-minded leaders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of proven success as a manager in a restaurant setting.
• ServeSafe Certification required.
• Experience with POS systems and office software for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager on day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Directly manage front- and back-of-house staff and guest interactions.
• Step in as General Manager when needed and monitor labor costs.
• Hire, train and coach hourly staff to meet SOPs and service standards.
• Open/close the restaurant and manage inventory entries in R365.
• Oversee weekly payroll processing and place vendor orders.
