Job summary

Sally's Apizza is opening a new location and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You will partner with the General Manager to guide front- and back-of-house teams, ensure exceptional guest hospitality, and drive performance against sales, labor, and COGS targets.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor staff and uphold Sally's Apizza culture. The position offers full-time in-person work with shift variety including days, evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a manager in a restaurant setting.
• ServeSafe Certification required.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office; Brink POS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to run day-to-day operations.
• Manage front- and back-of-house staff and guest hospitality.
• Occasional acting General Manager when GM is unavailable.
• Oversee location-specific sales forecast, labor goals, and COGS budgets.
• Mentor and coach staff; conduct pre-shift meetings; hire and discipline hourly staff.
