Sally's Apizza in Newington, CT is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and lead high-volume hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, supervise front- and back-of-house staff, and ensure the Sally’s Apizza culture is lived on every shift.

This hands-on role requires a flexible schedule, physical stamina, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, and maintain standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in a restaurant setting.
• Must have or be willing to obtain ServeSafe certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day restaurant operations per company standards.
• Manage front- and back-of-house staff and guest hospitality.
• Uphold Sally's Apizza culture and brand history.
• Serve as point of contact for shift-to-shift teams.
• Mentor and train hourly staff to high performance.
• Oversee pre-shift meetings and end-of-shift close.
• Interview, hire, and administer progressive discipline.
