Syneos Health, Inc. in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to drive sales within a defined geography. You will develop territory strategies, build physician relationships, and present clinically focused value propositions.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma/biopharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and strong data-driven decision-making. Expect cross-functional collaboration, autonomy, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology/rare disease sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with autonomy and strong CRM and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish relationships with targeted physicians to grow opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliant and ethical practices in all activities.
