The role centers on guiding the pre-operations, driving sales, cultivating a strong team culture, and delivering a seamless launch. The Executive Director will oversee budgets, ensure compliance, and align with brand standards while building relationships with residents, families, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Three to five years of operations management experience with success in meeting financial and sales goals.
• Experience opening a new senior living development and leading pre-operations.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting assisted living.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership during pre-opening phase with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead pre-opening sales and marketing efforts and build referral networks.
• Recruit, onboard and develop leadership team; establish culture and systems.
• Oversee budgets, policies, and procedures aligning with brand standards.
• Lead day-to-day operations post-opening with full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate with department directors on care, enrichment, maintenance, and activities.
• Build high-performing teams and maintain strong company culture.
