Job summary

Experience Senior Living Richmond Beach is seeking an Executive Director to lead pre-operations, sales and team-building for a new community opening in October 2028 in Shoreline, WA. The role involves coordinating with development, marketing, and corporate teams to ensure regulatory compliance and a successful launch.

You will recruit a leadership team, set service standards, and oversee budgets and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Certification for Residential Care Facilities per state regulations.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience with financial and sales goals.
• Experience opening a new development senior living community.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership during pre-opening, coordinating with development, construction, marketing and corporate teams.
• Lead pre-opening sales and marketing efforts and build local referral networks.
• Recruit and onboard the foundational leadership team and establish culture and standards.
• Oversee budgets, policies, procedures, and transition from development to full operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility and regulatory compliance.
