The role requires a proven track record in executive leadership within senior living or healthcare operations, with strong P&L, budgeting, and team-management skills. The position emphasizes strategic growth, stakeholder partnerships and service excellence at Sunrise communities.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources.
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management.
