Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead pre-operations and through opening for The Gallery Longmont, a new senior living community scheduled to open January 2028 in Longmont, Colorado.

You will set priorities with development, construction, marketing and corporate teams, recruit and develop the leadership team, and drive sales, occupancy, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure a strong community start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience in senior living or healthcare.
• Experience opening a new development senior living community.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership during pre-opening and opening phases, coordinating with development, construction, marketing, and corporate teams.
• Lead pre-opening sales and marketing efforts, building referral networks and achieving occupancy goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop the initial leadership team and establish culture and service standards.
• Oversee budgets, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
