Okendo is seeking a proactive launch strategist in the United States to lead enterprise launches from kickoff to go-live, translating brand goals into tailored plans across Reviews, Loyalty, Referrals, Quizzes, and Surveys. You will advise brands on setup, data migration, theme customization, and integrations with major platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok Shop, Google, Meta, and Attentive.

Collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, you will ensure

Qualifications

Experience guiding brands through enterprise launches from kickoff to go-live.
Ability to advise on setup, data migration, and theme customization for e-commerce apps.
Expertise in integrating with Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok Shop, Google, Meta, and Attentive.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise launches from kickoff to go-live, turning brand goals into tailored launch plans across Reviews, Loyalty, Referrals, Quizzes, and Surveys.
Advise brands on setup, data migration, theme customization, and integrations with Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok Shop, Google, Meta, and Attentive.
Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and flag growth opportunities.
