Job summary

Hotwire Communications in Miami, FL seeks a Launch Account Manager to build relationships with boards and POA offices, ensuring a white-glove launch and on-site communication from day one.

You will coordinate with operations, manage VIPs and testing, schedule meetings, and oversee equipment, space needs, and contracts, traveling up to 80% as required. This role focuses on customer experience and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years in telecommunications with account management preferred.
• Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must travel up to 80% of the time and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains constant and ongoing communication regarding project status with property stakeholders.
• Is on site throughout entire launch of project (if existing community) OR visits the new construction project weekly during construction and more often as necessary during the move-in process after TCO.
• Holds meetings with community representatives or developers as appropriate.
• Represents company during scheduled property Town Halls and/or Board Meetings.
• Collaborates with operational teams and creates orders for on-site personnel, workspace, equipment, and other needs.
• Obtains VIP lists for testing and initial installs and coordinates property surveys and LOA process.
• Coordinates pre-launch community-wide signup events and contract deliverables for common areas and back-office locations.
• Ensures common areas are completed prior to system activation working with construction/installation teams.
• Handles MSAs and all correspondence for VIPs and board members.
• Coordinates and resolves escalated customer and on-site subscriber issues.
• Delivers informational community-wide meetings to residents and trains on technology.
• Introduces ongoing operational Account Manager to the property on turnover to internal operations.
• Collaborates to deliver marketing materials and collateral as needed.
• Exercise independent judgment in project matters and respond to customer inquiries and online posts.
