Job summary

Hotwire Communications in Phoenix seeks a Launch Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with boards and POA offices, ensuring the white‑glove launch from day one. This is an on‑site role serving as the primary company contact during launch and installation, coordinating with operations, billing, and field teams and leading VIP events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years in telecommunications with account management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% with short notice.
• Knowledge of cable/telecom products a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with property stakeholders about project status.
• Be on site throughout launch or visit new construction weekly.
• Lead meetings with community representatives or developers.
• Represent the company during Town Halls and Board Meetings.
• Coordinate orders and resources for on-site operations and back-office needs.
• Obtain VIP lists and floor plans for installs.
• Coordinate pre-launch events with On‑Site Operations Team.
• Handle escalated customer and on-site subscriber issues.
• Provide training updates to residents about project status.
