Qualifications

• 10+ years of synchronization experience, US and global.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency in speech and writing.
• Proven track record of creating and executing sync opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day synchronization efforts for SMP’s US Latin catalog and partnerships.
• Identify, pitch, and secure sync opportunities across film, TV, advertising, gaming, and digital platforms.
• Negotiate and coordinate licensing deals and brand campaigns.
• Manage relationships with music supervisors, agencies, production companies, networks, studios and brands.
• Monitor market trends and performance data to grow catalog value and songwriter opportunities.
