K&L Gates seeks a proactive Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator to support interview scheduling, candidate communications, and due diligence across the firm. This role handles candidate materials, ATS updates, and coordination with partners and search firms.

Experience in law firm or professional services recruiting is preferred; bachelor’s degree is typically expected. The position involves collaboration with IT and People teams and may require travel.

Formación

• Prior administrative, recruiting, HR, or professional services experience preferred; law firm experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred; advanced degree a plus
• Proficiency with document processing, calendars, databases, and recruiting systems
• Ability to learn new computer applications and build relationships with lawyers and staff
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate lateral partner interviews across offices, time zones, and practice areas
• Prepare candidate background materials and interview packets for leaders
• Update applicant tracking databases and keep records accurate
• Manage communications with candidates, search firms, and partners
• Support due diligence files and conflicts processes as directed
• Schedule initial screenings with OMPs, PALs, or designees
• Track feedback and compile status updates for the team
• Provide scheduling, data entry, and meeting coordination support
• Assist with process documentation and recruiting templates
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of recruiting practices
