Job summary

K&L Gates LLP is seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator to support the Firmwide Lateral Partner Recruiting Team. The role includes interview scheduling, candidate communications, and due diligence across multiple offices and time zones.

You will maintain candidate records, coordinate questionnaires, and assist with documentation and reporting, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative, recruiting, HR, or professional services experience
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with recruiting or HR in a law firm or professional services environment is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong written and spoken communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lateral partner interviews across offices and time zones with OMPs/PALs/partners
• Prepare candidate materials using templates for leadership review
• Update applicant tracking databases and ensure records are current
• Send and track candidate questionnaires and ensure due diligence files are complete
• Schedule initial screening interviews and gather feedback from interviewers
• Generate routine pipeline and status reports for the team
• Provide scheduling, data entry, and administrative support for recruiting initiatives
