K&L Gates is seeking a proactive Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator to support the Firmwide Lateral Partner Recruiting Team. You will handle interviews, candidate communications, and due diligence tasks, ensuring smooth processes across time zones and offices.

In this role you will maintain applicant records, prepare interviewing materials, and collaborate with partners, PALs, and OMPs to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the lateral recruitment lifecycle.

Formación

• Prior administrative, recruiting, HR, or professional services experience preferred; law firm experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Proficiency with office software, calendars, databases, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate lateral partner interviews across offices, time zones, and practice areas.
• Prepare candidate background and interview materials for firm leaders and interviewers.
• Update ATS records and tracking spreadsheets to keep candidate status current.
• Process timely rejection communications at the direction of the Partner Recruiting team.
• Send and track Lateral Partner Questionnaires and related candidate materials.
• Schedule initial screening interviews for partner candidates with OMPs or PALs.
• Solicit feedback from interviewers and compile responses for review.
• Provide administrative and operational support for lateral partner recruiting initiatives.
• Assist with process documentation, templates, and team resources.
• Coordinate virtual candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams with IT.
