Job summary

Sully's Steamers in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a dedicated Late Night Shift Leader to guide operations according to our policies and standards, ensuring smooth service and quality. You will supervise a team, uphold food safety and cleanliness, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with management to maximize service and efficiency during the late shift (Fri/Sat 8pm–4am).

Must have US work eligibility and a valid driver’s license; background check required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (8pm–4am) on Friday and Saturday nights.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and dining areas and maintain a professional image.
• Respond to guest complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Provide direction to employees regarding operational issues and monitor training during shifts.

Job Summary

The Late Night Shift Leader is responsible for effectively leading Sully’s Steamers Restaurant according to operational policies and procedures. This position reports to the General Manager/AGM.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. As well as maintain a professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
• Responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality food preparation and service.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
• Follow up with employees on assigned tasks and monitor training of employees during shifts.
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
• Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, security, company policies and procedures, and personnel management.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Must be able to work 3rd shift (8pm - 4 am) on Friday and Saturday nights.
