Job summary

Sully's Steamers is seeking a Late Night Shift Leader in Spartanburg, SC to guide operations, ensure food quality, and uphold sanitation standards. You will lead a team, enforce policies, and drive guest satisfaction during the late-night dinner and closing hours.

The role requires 8pm–4am Friday and Saturday availability, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work in the United States. Compensation ranges per hour with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers including MS Word, Excel and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in food planning and preparation, security, policies and procedures and personnel management.
• Valid driver's license and US work eligibility.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and work 3rd shift (8pm–4am) on Fri and Sat.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sully’s Steamers Restaurant per policies to maximize sales and control costs.
• Enforce sanitary practices and maintain restaurant image and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Provide direction and train employees on tasks and performance.
• Respond to guest concerns and turn unhappy guests into return guests.

Job Summary

The Late Night Shift Leader is responsible for effectively leading Sully’s Steamers Restaurant according to operational policies and procedures. This position reports to the General Manager/AGM.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. As well as maintain a professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
• Responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality food preparation and service.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
• Follow up with employees on assigned tasks and monitor training of employees during shifts.
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
• Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, security, company policies and procedures, and personnel management.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Must be able to work 3rd shift (8pm - 4 am) on Friday and Saturday nights.

Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
