Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. The role focuses on golf and turf segments, managing distributor relations and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

Responsibilities include developing market plans, leading currency of sales projections, and expanding distribution while guiding region-wide customer care and product strategies. Travel approx. 50% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales & marketing experience across multiple distribution channels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Fluent in Spanish; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans for each business segment and coach the sales team.
• Lead annual business plans to hit sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate regional monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections.
• Identify new opportunities and market segments.
• Provide leadership to distributor networks and field teams.
