The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and Caribbean markets. The role focuses on golf and turf, coordinating distributor networks and cross-functional teams to grow market share.

You will develop and execute plans, identify new opportunities, and provide leadership across sales, marketing, and product teams, with significant travel (about 50%).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline. MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• 10+ years of sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Strong product knowledge and customer benefits across product lines; competitive landscape.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute annual business plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for product groups in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Coordinate field issue resolution with Customer Care; provide technical sales support.
• Lead and direct sales managers, reps, and cross-functional teams; communicate goals and strategies.
• Travel approximately 50% to engage with distributors and customers.
