Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will build and execute plans across Commercial Golf, Irrigation, and parts through distributors, while leading cross-functional teams and managing key accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/marketing, advanced Spanish, and 10+ years of sales/marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• ~10+ years of sales & marketing experience across multiple distribution channels.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Data-driven analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales plans for LATAM markets.
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
• Manage distributor network and channel partners.
• Travel approximately 50% to visit markets and distributors.
• Align with marketing and leadership on goals and strategies.
