Job summary

Arclin in Brazil seeks a Supply Chain Manager for the Latin America region to lead planning, distribution, and logistics,-building a scalable operation to support growth while driving customer service and efficiency.

You will manage planning, S&OP processes, and cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Demand, Supply, and Finance to optimize performance and margins. English and Spanish are required for effective regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, BI, and data analysis tools.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain and Integrated Planning, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Experience managing complex operations and multiple units.
• Demand planning.
• Ability to work in complex environments with strong cross-functional interaction.
• Demonstrated success in improving Supply chain, operational performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced or fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze scenarios, identifying inventory, capacity, and service level risks and proposing alternatives to leadership.
• Lead the planning and logistics areas, connecting demand, production capacity, and financial results to balance demand, capacity, and customer service.
• Manage regional S&OP processes, promoting integrated decision-making across Commercial, Demand, Supply, Finance, and other partners.
• Translate strategic guidelines, market scenarios, and operational constraints into feasible plans for production, supply, capacity, and customer service.
• Monitor KPIs, such as forecast accuracy, identifying opportunities, risks, and needs for strategic adjustments.
• Anticipate supply chain risks, constraints, and opportunities, proposing alternatives to optimize mix, volumes, inventory, and margin.
• Drive the maturity evolution of planning processes through best practices, analytics, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct trade-off analyses, presenting ROI and risk assessments to leadership.
• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
