Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is hiring a Distribution Requirements Specialist in Mexico City. The role focuses on coordinating the flow of materials between manufacturing regions and selling warehouses, managing SAP-based shipment and import/export processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with CSR, logistics providers, and Business Supply Chains to optimize delivery times. The successful candidate will handle PO creation, SAP data maintenance, and KPI reporting, while communicating

Qualifications

Experience in SAP-based material flow and logistics planning.
Knowledge of import/export processes and regulatory requirements.
Strong coordination with brokers, carriers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Create purchase orders and maintain SAP data for visibility across sales, CSR and planners.
Coordinate and follow up on actions from Decision Centers; adjust material movement plans.
Engage with brokers, customs, logistics partners and internal customers to resolve issues.
Request and control Tax Classification Reports as needed; ensure document accuracy for imports.
Track departure/arrival of goods and ensure shipping documents are correct and complete.
Conduct customs clearance steps and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Lead monthly KPI reviews with root-cause analysis and improvement actions.
