Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Customer Operations Manager for the Americas to lead regional customer service, drive service excellence, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehousing/Logistics and Finance to ensure effective order fulfillment and strong business performance.

You will develop a high-performance culture, coach teams, supervise performance, and establish clear metrics to improve customer satisfaction and operational results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years customer service / operations experience.
• 2+ years people leadership experience.
• Experience managing regional or multi-site teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• ERP/CRM experience; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service operations across North and South America.
• Provide strategic leadership and foster a high-performance culture.
• Serve as senior escalation point for critical issues.
• Coach and mentor teams with talent development and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement, service effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehousing/Logistics, and Finance to optimize order-to-cash.
