Responsibilities

• Hire, oversee, and train a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR).
• Facilitate ramp up for new team members and tailor approaches to each prospect.
• Motivate the team to exceed objectives through coaching and performance-driven incentives.
• Provide growth paths for SDRs to become full-cycle sellers.
• Develop and maintain accurate team forecasts for senior leadership.
