Job summary

Whippy is seeking an Operations Associate to relieve the CEO of recruiting, billing, and admin tasks, working directly with the founder. The role begins with recruitment and expands to onboarding, payments, and process documentation.

You will handle candidate outreach, manage data in Stripe, HubSpot, and Ashby, and help build scalable operations. This is a remote LATAM role with a Buenos Aires hybrid option and US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing in the CEO's voice
• High level of organization and accountability
• Fluent written and spoken English with ability to work US Eastern hours
• Experience in SDR, recruiting coordination, or operations in SaaS/tech is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build candidate lists in Sales Navigator and Juicebox against provided ICPs
• Message candidates from the CEO's LinkedIn voice and handle replies
• Coordinate interviews, reference calls, and feedback
• Monitor Stripe for payments and invoices; process upgrades/downgrades
• Keep HubSpot records clean and manage Deel onboarding/offboarding
