Job summary

Whippy is a communication, automation, and AI agent platform that helps businesses reach customers across calls, texts, and email at scale. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast, with over 1,000 customers and a culture of speed and ownership.

We are looking for a sharp, write-first SDR/ops teammate who can build candidate lists, message prospects, and automate their own workflow. Fluency in English and 1–3 years in related work is ideal, with a bias for speed and ownership.

Qualifications

• Writing above all; you will sound like a sharp person, not a template.
• Organized to a fault, comfortable with a daily number, and eager to automate your own work.
• Ideally 1-3 years as SDR, recruiting coordinator, or operations associate; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Build candidate lists and message prospects from my LinkedIn account, handling replies and scheduling.
• Monitor Stripe for failed payments, process upgrades and churn, keep HubSpot records clean.
• Handle Deel onboarding, travel bookings, and vendor list, then grow into partner administration.
