Pomelo is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for multiple U.S. client roles. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in fast-paced startup environments and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining candidate relationships. This role is remote, offers competitive pay in USD, health benefits, and performance bonuses. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles.
• Source talent through job boards and proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on talent needs.

About the Role

We are a fast‑growing offshore staffing agency helping U.S.-based companies (startups, brands, and agencies) scale their teams with top‑tier global talent. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is hungry, knows how to hustle, will relentlessly chase down candidates, and responds lightning‑fast. The ideal candidate has worked in extremely fast‑paced startup environments before and has filled roles in a matter of hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries (e.g., marketing, operations,sales)
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding
• Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS/recruiting software
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs
• Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevantfield
• 4+ years of recruitingexperience, preferably in fast‑paced startup environments
• Strong communication and English language skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools
• BONUS: Experience working as a Recruiter for an agency
• BONUS: Experience recruiting for creative/marketing (eg. Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist) roles, and a good eye for design
