MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, seeks a Bilingual (Spanish) Mid-Market Account Manager, LATAM, to drive growth across LATAM accounts from a post-sale to renewal and expansion cycle. You will own relationships, guide strategic engagements, and identify expansion opportunities within mid-market clients.

The role emphasizes customer success, data-driven insights, and effective demonstrations of our CMMS and workflow solutions to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years in sales with LATAM accounts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven success expanding client accounts and driving revenue in B2B.
• Experience navigating large deals and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own a book of business from post-sale to renewal and expansion.
• Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prospect to identify needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and product demonstrations.
• Stay organized managing demos, proposals, follow-ups, and requests.
• Master Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and similar systems.
• Forecast sales pipeline with accuracy and diligence.
• Document customer interactions and progress meticulously.
• Operate with a startup mentality and entrepreneurial drive.
