Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Mid-Market Account Manager, LATAM to join our Sales team in the United States. You will own a LATAM book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion, engaging mid-market customers and driving revenue.

You will use your expertise to identify expansion opportunities, conduct quarterly business reviews, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience managing LATAM accounts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven success in expanding client accounts and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
• Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactively prospect to identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, deals and progress.
• Manage multiple tasks and keep the sales pipeline forecast accurate.
