Job summary

SUPERFAN is seeking a LATAM Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for tours, events, and VIP programs across Latin American markets. The role requires travel across LATAM and collaboration with venues, promoters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from advance through onsite execution.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and lead onsite teams, navigating regional differences and language nuances.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in live entertainment or event operations across LATAM.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong network with promoters, venues, vendors in LATAM.
• Experience leading onsite operations on tours/events.
• Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and reporting.
• Portuguese (Brazilian) language skills is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tour and event operations across LATAM projects.
• Proactively manage project budgets, including expense tracking and cost savings.
• Coordinate with Finance on tour finances and project-related expenses.
• Liaise with venues, promoters, vendors, and local partners across Latin America.
• Lead onsite teams at select tours, events, and VIP programs.
• Travel occasionally throughout LATAM to execute show launches.
• Navigate regional differences in vendors, venues, and event requirements.
