Job summary

SUPERFAN is seeking a LATAM Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day tour and event operations across Latin American markets. You will coordinate logistics, budgets, and partner relationships with venues, promoters, and vendors to ensure programs run smoothly from advance through onsite delivery.

The role requires travel across Latin America, leadership of onsite teams, and strong coordination with Creative, Marketing, and internal SUPER departments to ensure successful tour launches and VIP

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in live entertainment, touring, VIP programs, event ops, or related field, with LATAM experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of LATAM live entertainment landscape and regional nuances.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tour and event operations across LATAM projects.
• Proactively manage project budgets, including expense tracking and settlements.
• Coordinate with venues, promoters, vendors, and local partners across LATAM.
• Book and coordinate function spaces, catering, equipment, and onsite elements.
• Lead onsite teams at select tours and events in LATAM.
• Travel occasionally throughout LATAM to execute show launches and onsite events.
