Job summary

Superfan is seeking a Travel Operations Coordinator in Denver for a full-time hybrid role combining office work with travel to select events. You will serve as the connective tissue of travel package operations, coordinating hotels, venues, vendors, and staff, building schedules, and supporting guest services before and during events.

This position requires 2–3 years in live events or travel ops, willingness to travel, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of live events/travel operations experience.
• Experience coordinating large projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel and work extended event hours.
• Experience with international markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel, venue, and vendor operations for programs.
• Prepare event timelines and manage guest communications.
• Handle on-site and remote event support and issue resolution.
• Reconcile program expenses with Finance.
