Superfan is seeking a Travel Operations Coordinator in Denver for a full-time hybrid role combining office work with travel to select events. You will serve as the connective tissue of travel package operations, coordinating hotels, venues, vendors, and staff, building schedules, and supporting guest services before and during events.
This position requires 2–3 years in live events or travel ops, willingness to travel, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Reporting to the Travel Operations Manager, the Travel Operations Coordinator is the connective tissue of our travel package operations, keeping the day-to-day planning and execution of each program on track. This is a full-time, Denver-based hybrid position that works primarily from the office across all of our travel programs, with travel to select events as needed to support on-site operations.

Depending on the event, this role will either travel to work alongside the on-site team or support the on-site team remotely from the Denver office. Responsibilities below apply in both cases.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience and be confident leading large projects and teams. Experience across international markets is highly advantageous. Must be available to travel for select events, including some weekends, and to work extended hours during event dates.
