Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Production Director for LATAM concerts, responsible for directing all production planning and delivery across multiple events. You will lead production teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet client goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in live events, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to manage complex operations across venues and crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the live music business and working with live events.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient and detailed project management / planning experience.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to production teams, freelancers, and venue partners across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on production goals and deliverables.
• Responsible for all on-stage, backstage, and other technical and site planning details of events.
• Leverage knowledge of venue operations, union and labor protocols, technical systems, and safety standards to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain production and site drawings, on-sale layouts, timelines, schedules and artist technical riders.
• Ensure all production elements are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain oversight of show quality and provide on-site presence from load-in to completion.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication and organization; follow up on action points from meetings.
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure positive, creative environments for planning teams.
