TikTok is seeking a senior leader to drive LATAM agency growth, oversee a team of agency managers, and partner with global and regional teams to scale the livestream ecosystem. You will shape recruitment, monetization, and program design to boost agency revenue and sustainability.

The role requires strong data-driven judgment, cross-cultural leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish to align with international teams and LATAM partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years experience in internet industry, management consulting, sales, key account management, agency management, or related field.
• Proven people-management experience with ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience in international organizations and cross-country collaboration.
• Strong judgement grounded in data, market observation, and customer insight.
• Strategic thinking and operational discipline with growth ownership.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Develop LATAM agency growth strategies covering recruitment, retention, monetization, and expansion.
• Design agency benefit systems, growth programs, and operating mechanisms to improve performance.
• Identify market opportunities and risks via data analysis and frontline feedback; set priorities.
• Build scalable agency success cases and expand platform impact across agencies.
• Own key metrics, review performance, diagnose gaps, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of agency managers with accountability for outcomes.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across portfolios.
• Build a high-performing team through hiring, development, and resource allocation.
• Foster data-driven decision culture across cultures, functions, and time zones.
• Collaborate with product, operations, policy, marketing, and other teams to improve results.
