Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Country Lead – LATAM Growth to develop and execute growth strategies across priority Latin American markets. The role focuses on building a sustainable, multi-year pipeline to drive patient volume, revenue, and margin expansion.

The in-region leader will build relationships with payers, employers, brokers, and international partners, guiding advisory partnerships and market entry opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications, strategic outreach, or related healthcare business development.
• 1+ years of experience in a large hospital system, academic medical center, or complex care environment.
• Familiarity with customer service or hospitality standards in healthcare preferred.
• Strategic thinker with ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across clinical and operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of country-specific business development plans to grow MGBI’s businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, payers, brokers, and international partners.
• Drive strategic outreach and partnership growth, including referral network expansion.
• Translate clinical innovations and service line developments into market strategies.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Payer Relations, Marketing, Advisory, and TP teams to align strategy and messaging.
• Establish feedback loops with clinical stakeholders to refine engagement strategies.
• Leverage CRM and data insights to track performance, analyze trends, and manage risks.
