Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field required.
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare communications or growth roles.
• Experience with hospital systems or academic medical centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-specific business development plans to grow MGBI’s LATAM growth efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, payers, and international partners.
• Drive outreach and partnership growth, including referral network expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and execution.
• Track performance using CRM data and market insights.
