Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in global payer markets, healthcare consulting, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• 5+ years of experience in international payer dynamics and patient access models.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (at least 25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy targeting global payers.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-potential payer partnerships that support growth.
• Translate payer insights into commercial opportunities and partnership models.
• Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline using market analytics and competitive assessments.
• Collaborate with contracting to develop long-term payer partnerships with TPAs and payers.
• Develop senior-level relationships with international payers and coordinate with executive teams.
• Engage payer organizations regularly to promote Mass General Brigham's capabilities and value proposition.
