Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience leading transformation programs and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team for Transformational Partnerships in international markets.
• Act as TP expert to structure, scope, and implement partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary executive liaison for TP portfolio and client relationships.
• Oversee governance, scope, budgets, and end-to-end delivery of advisory services.
• Identify and develop TP leaders and hiring plans to support operations.
• Develop repeatable TP playbook and process for sourcing, contracting, and delivery.
