Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks a Transformational Partnership Lead to guide international partnerships across care delivery, education and research. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, structure partnerships, and deliver actionable business cases with client-facing leadership.

You will oversee governance, budgets, and timely delivery of high-value advisory work while planning resources, hiring, and playbook development. Global travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, ideally with a mix of health system/provider experience and healthcare consulting experience required
• Experience in hospital operations is preferred, with greenfield hospital or COE development experience a plus
• Deep understanding of value drivers for hospital/health system Transformation programs and demonstrated track record deploying a playbook to realize this value
• Prior experience operating within a large, matrixed healthcare organization, ideally an academic medical center or health system

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional team of MGB and client resources that will execute MGB Transformational Partnerships in international markets.
• Act as MGBI's expert on best practices to structure and launch a successful Transformational Partnership across all workstreams, roles, and responsibilities.
• Serve as the primary client-facing MGBI executive leader for Transformational Partnerships.
• Provide executive oversight and accountability for partnership governance, scope, budget, and the end-to-end delivery of advisory work products and services.
• Exercise executive judgment to anticipate and remove barriers to success.
• Partner with MGBI leadership on TP resource planning and execution, ensuring alignment across scope, staffing, financials, and timelines.
• Support identification and hiring of TP leaders and ensure smooth handoff from advisory to operations teams.
• Establish a high-quality process for sourcing, contracting, and executing international Transformational Partnerships.
• Oversee the development of a TP playbook to help MGB and clients understand and execute the TP methodology.
• Assess TP resource needs and align on hiring plans for TP development.
• Refine the TP product offering based on client feedback and market needs.
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and governance standards in deploying TP products.
• Support BD teams in identifying new TP opportunities through the full deal cycle.
• Serve as the commercial leader for existing TP clients and derive additional revenue opportunities.
• Act as a senior advisor to MGBI leadership on TP sales and execution strategy.
• Collaborate with other parts of MGB to apply TP learnings to additional opportunities.
• Ensure strong collaboration with the rest of MGB through formal and informal channels.
• Build and mentor a high performing Transformation team and leadership pathways.
• Provide real-time coaching and accountability to foster growth and continuous improvement.
