Job summary

Live Nation in the Miami area seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Latin America finance team, owning forecasting and budgeting for the division.

You will consolidate monthly forecasts with the Finance Manager, build advanced models, implement OneStream and BI dashboards, and ensure data integrity across entities. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools and forecasting software.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with business units and communicate results.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the division’s forecasting and budgeting process.
• Collaborate with Finance Manager to consolidate and analyze monthly forecasts.
• Lead implementation of BI tools and automated financial reporting (OneStream).
• Onboard new entities to remain compliant with Live Nation policies.
• Build and maintain financial models for reporting and strategic analysis (OneStream rollout).
• Analyze monthly/quarterly results and assist with CFO presentations.
• Develop executive dashboards with KPI insights and drill-down capabilities.
• Coordinate with divisional accounting for data integrity and variance explanations.
• Assist due diligence for new JV partners and data integration.
• Handle ad-hoc financial information requests for leadership.
