Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, a world leader in live entertainment, seeks a Finance Manager to support LATAM forecasting, budgeting and financial planning across joint ventures. The role partners with local finance leadership to provide insights, strengthen controls and enable informed management decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in FP&A with multi-entity experience, strong modeling skills and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in Finance or Accounting with FP&A and multi-entity consolidation.
• Knowledge of GAAP and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly/ quarterly financial performance reviews with variance analysis.
• Develop and consolidate annual operating budgets with leadership.
• Lead biweekly pacing and ensure data integrity across JV entities.
• Review monthly forecasts for timing and risk analysis.
• Understand divisional drivers across lines of business.
• Prepare and analyze key corporate metrics.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for management.
• Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management.
