Job summary

Talent Lab Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis across our Latin American operations. You will consolidate forecasts, evaluate performance, and develop reporting tools for management decisions.

You will also drive financial systems improvements, automate reports, and assist with integrating new businesses and joint ventures into established processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience with Power BI and ERP systems.
Ability to interpret financial data and communicate to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Consolidate budgeting and forecasting across business units.
Develop and maintain financial models for planning and analysis.
Evaluate monthly/quarterly results against forecasts and explain variances.
Create dashboards and automated reports for leadership visibility.
Assist with FP&A systems (OneStream) enhancements.
Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment.
Review processes for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Support due diligence and onboarding for new ventures/businesses.
Prepare presentations for senior finance leadership.
