Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Miami, FL is seeking a Finance Manager to support forecasting, budgeting and financial planning across joint ventures in Latin America. You will partner with the local finance leadership to deliver insights, strengthen controls, and enable informed management decisions.

The role requires 6+ years in finance or accounting with FP&A focus; a Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred; advanced Excel and experience with SAP, Oracle, BPC, and OneStream; bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, FP&A focus, multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with variance analysis.
• Partner to develop and consolidate the annual operating budget.
• Lead pacing and ensure data integrity across joint ventures.
• Review monthly forecasts for timing and risk analysis.
• Develop understanding of divisional business drivers across lines of business.
• Prepare and analyze key metrics for corporate reporting.
• Maintain complex financial models for management.
• Ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting across teams.
• Identify process improvements and lead implementation.
