Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a LATAM Tax Director to own the tax function across LATAM operations, including strategy, compliance, transfer pricing and controversy. This senior individual contributor will collaborate with global tax teams and regional leadership, ensuring compliant, efficient tax positions in a dynamic Latin American landscape.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or related field.
• CPA qualification strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own LATAM tax strategy and governance across multiple countries.
• Lead tax provision, compliance and reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
• Lead LATAM tax audits and controversy efforts with external advisors.
